We are located just off the charming cobbled square in Kelso which claims to be the largest in Scotland.

1st Floor: - Spacious and bright lounge with gas fire, large flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player, computer with broadband connection and WIFI.
Additional double sofa bed.
Modern fitted kitchen includes 2 cookers combining gas and electric.
Dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Large dining alcove with seating for 8 people.
Flat screen TV with Free view.
Shower room with toilet. Central heating/boiler room.

2nd Floor: - 2 en suite double bedrooms, 1 with bath, the other with shower both having flat screen TV’s with Free view and plenty of wardrobes etc.

3rd Floor: - Twin bedded loft conversion with flat screen TV with Free view and Velux windows.

Price
£100.00 per night (3 nights minimum) or £600 for a week for the whole house
Saturday to Saturday Check In 4.00pm Check out 10.00 am.
