Prices from £55.00 - £90.00 per room per night, which includes a traditional Scottish or Continental breakfast usually served between 7.30 and 9.30am. Orders for breakfast will be taken the evening before.

Cotlands House is 45 mins from the Edinburgh bypass, 5 mins from the County town of Duns and within 20 to 30 of the beautiful Borders towns of Melrose, Kelso and Coldstream. Coming from the South the Market town and railway station of Berwick upon Tweed and the Northumberland Coast is 20mins (approximate timings).
