A detached bungalow in a peaceful rural setting, surrounded by open countryside. Ideal location for touring the Scottish Borders. We have two large double bedded rooms. Both rooms have an En-suite Shower Room, Flatscreen TV with Freeview, Radio/Alarm and Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Guests are welcome to relax and unwind in our sunny conservatory and enjoy open views of the countryside. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9:30am, but an earlier one can be served by prior arrangement. Enjoy a variety of fresh local produce, which is cooked while you help yourself to the cold buffet. An evening meal can also be arranged, if notified in advance. After dinner, coffee and tea is served in our lounge.
